A Case Study on how we serve our customers.
Supplying business cards to visitors coming from abroad to attend meetings or events in Central London.
Many of our customers arrive at London Heathrow or Gatwick from locations all over the world such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, China, New Zealand, Australia, the Americas and many more.
Our customers come to London for various business meetings and events and often stay in hotels across Central London.
Quite often they don’t have business cards ready for their events or meetings, or they have too few. In either case though they need to find a reliable supplier of quality business cards in Central London.
Our customers find us by either asking reception at the hotel where they are staying or by searching Google. Whichever method they use, they always seem to find us.
We always deliver to the customer on time and with quality, either directly to their hotel or directly to their event or meeting. Sometimes the customer picks up from our office.
On many occasions, we have supplied printing to customers who are in transit at Heathrow airport. For example, a customer with a few hours in transit got in touch with us and placed an order. We printed and delivered to the customer before they went through security. We have done this on countless ocassions – even if this meant staying late in to the evening to get the work done and couriered to the airport.
