IMPORTANT: Artwork created in Microsoft Office, Canva, AI or Figma?
Using Canva? Choose Share, set access so anyone with the link can edit, then copy the editable Canva link into the designer instructions below.
Microsoft Office: For Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Publisher, PRINT to PDF rather than simply saving as PDF, then upload that PDF.
AI-generated artwork: We generally advise against it unless created at very high resolution and at the correct finished size. AI images can be too low quality for print, difficult or impossible to edit, and commonly lack bleed, causing quality, cropping or delay issues.
Figma: We generally advise against Figma for print-ready artwork because exported PDFs can contain print-related issues. Supply high-resolution JPG files instead, ideally exported at the correct size and highest quality.
Instructions to give to the Designer
Give us any instructions or changes you would like us to make to your artwork. If you do not have any artwork, please type all the text you require on your prints, including any specific colours, fonts or positioning.
What NOT to write here:
- Do not give delivery instructions here as they will not be seen. Delivery instructions should be entered at checkout.
- Please don’t ask us to split one quantity across multiple designs, as each design is priced separately.
